Welcome to Thalassa Golden Retrievers
I’m a lifelong Golden Retriever enthusiast, a mother of four, and a proud grandmother of seven. I’ve called the Upstate of South Carolina home for many years, where I’ve also built a successful 11-year career as a Realtor—helping families find not just houses, but places to truly call home.
My love for Goldens began at 17, when I received my first Golden Retriever, Buffy, as a graduation gift. Buffy went to college with me and shared countless adventures throughout her life, leaving an indelible mark on my heart and shaping my deep appreciation for this remarkable breed.
For the past five years, I’ve been intentionally focused on breeding Golden Retrievers to preserve and improve the breed. I am committed to careful, thoughtful pairings and use only fully health-tested dogs with all GRCA-recommended clearances. My focus is on health, temperament, structure, and longevity.
My greatest hope is to place healthy, sound, and well-balanced Golden Retrievers into loving homes—so that each family can experience the same extraordinary bond and lifelong companionship that began for me all those years ago.
